We believe in training for our journey both as a martial artist and a citizen. The 15 levels of our belt rank system symbolize the journey we take to develop the skills that allow us to R15E to every occasion and help transform the world one person at a time.
Ages 4 and 5
The early development that occurs for children between the ages of 4-5 is crucial for building physical, social, and cognitive abilities. The Tiger-Rock Tiger-Cubs™ training program aids in this development through play-based action scenarios staged physical challenges, and cognitive development drills.
Ages 6 to 11
The Tiger-Rock Junior Taekwondo™ training program stimulates confidence and leadership through achievement and physical skill-building. Participants between the ages of 6-11 will enjoy participating in the various athletic and artistic elements of class that cultivate them into becoming skilled martial artists.
Ages 12 to 15
The Tiger-Rock Youth Taekwondo™ training program is unique from any other sport in that it shapes students to be strong, individualized competitors while at the same time teaching them the importance of working as a team.

Self-defense training is an integral part of the Tiger-Rock Martial Arts experience. There are numerous benefits to taking a self-defense class. You’ll learn new moves and techniques that will add another layer of security. You’ll acquire additional knowledge as to how to assess and react to potential threats.
Bullying can happen anywhere – at school, in the neighborhood, or online. While there are certain risk factors associated with those who are most likely to be bullied, it can still happen to anyone, anywhere.
